Terms of Service

KidBook lets you create AI-generated personalized children's storybooks featuring your child's name, age, interests, and likeness (derived from photos you upload). Books can be delivered as a digital flipbook, PDF, audio narration, or video.

You agree to:

• provide accurate information and keep it up to date;
• keep your password secret and not share your account;
• notify us immediately of any unauthorized access;
• be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of any photos, names, and text you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant KidBook a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, adapt, and process that content strictly to provide the Service to you (including generating illustrations and audio).

You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents to upload the User Content, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or laws.

You own the personalized book generated for you and may print, share, and give it as a gift. You may not resell the book or use it commercially without our prior written permission.

KidBook retains ownership of the underlying platform, models, templates, and generic content.

Prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed by Paddle (global), LemonSqueezy (global), or Payriff (Azerbaijan). By paying, you authorize the payment provider and us to charge the amount shown. Credits, if offered, do not expire and are non-transferable.

You agree not to:

• upload content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexual, or that depicts a child in an unsafe manner;
• upload photos of a person without that person's (or their guardian's) consent;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service;
• use the Service to generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or privacy of celebrities, public figures, or copyrighted characters;
• resell or sublicense the Service.

Books are produced by AI models and may contain unexpected, inaccurate, or imperfect text or imagery. You are responsible for reviewing each book before sharing it with your child. We provide the Service "as is" and do not warrant that generated content will be accurate, age-appropriate in every detail, or free of artifacts.

To the maximum extent permitted by Azerbaijani law, KidBook is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. On termination, sections 4, 5, 9, 10, and 12 survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved by the competent courts of Baku, Azerbaijan, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
