Currency & pricing by region
International customers are charged in US Dollars (USD) via Paddle, our global payment processor and Merchant of Record.
Customers in Azerbaijan are charged in Azerbaijani Manat (AZN) via Payriff.
The price you see at checkout is the final price in your local currency. Paddle may also show an equivalent amount in your card's currency; your bank sets that conversion rate.
Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- International: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods supported by Paddle.
- Azerbaijan: Visa and Mastercard issued by local banks, via Payriff.
- Card details are entered directly into the payment provider and never touch KidBook servers.
How delivery works
Books are 100% digital. After successful payment, our backend starts generating your book immediately — typically complete within a few minutes. Video add-ons take a few extra minutes to render.
You will receive an email confirmation with a link, and the finished book appears inside your account at kidbook.online under "My books". You can read online, download the PDF, or share a read-only link.
Taxes & VAT
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for international orders and is responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST based on your country. Any such taxes are shown at checkout and included in the final amount you pay. You will receive a compliant invoice from Paddle by email.
Free trial & refunds
KidBook does not offer a free trial because each book is custom-generated on demand. If you are unhappy with your book, see our Refund Policy — we offer free regeneration for quality issues and a voluntary 30-day refund window for the cases listed there.
